Players typically spend hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars on ice time that does not lead to optimal player develoment. In essence, players become better and doing things inefficiently. This is no different than a lumberjack pounding a tree, day after day, with a dull saw blade. We support players in building both capabilty and capacity. Developing capacity in a players game is a totally different animal and it is our differentiator.
